What is my ROI?

We’ve seen properties that can earn up to a 3X ROI when switching from a long-term to a short-term rental model. If we don’t beat your existing revenue, we work for free.

How long does it take to get my listing ready?

Typically 1-3 weeks depending on how much work needs to be done. For example, if a property is fully furnished, clean, has all recommended amenities, and is “photo-ready” then you’re looking at an estimated 1-2 week turnaround. If a property is unfurnished, needs additional amenities, and is not “photo-ready" then you’re looking at an estimated 2-3 week turnaround. Either way, we'll help you achieve a 5-star look and feel in no time.

Do you screen guests?

In June of 2022, Airbnb has permanently banned parties across the platform. When we screen for guests, we follow all guidelines and policies provided by the listing platform. We are allowed to ask questions based on those guidelines.
We ask:
1. What is the purpose of your stay?
2. Why are you interested in this property?
3. Where are you traveling from?
4. What is your experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals?

Do you ever visit the property yourselves?

Beyond the initial set-up, we make an effort to visit the property at least once a quarter to make sure everything is up to our 5-star experience standards.
